Service Provisioning

AI as a Service Terms

Operational standards, processing parameters, and runtime commitments governing autonomous personal agent instances.

Agent Runtime & Allocation

Data Isolation & Processing

Autonomous Action Scope

We deliver cloud-hosted access to dedicated personal AI instances. Response speeds, task execution, and background workflow pipelines depend on your assigned tier capacity.

User prompts, contextual memory, and connected workflow inputs remain isolated. Dynamic query processing operates strictly without sharing context data across client instances.

Outputs generated by your assistant represent operational actions executed under your direction. You maintain administrative control to inspect, alter, or halt agent routines.

User Rights

End User Limited License

Subject to complete compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable limited license to access, configure, and operate the personal AI assistant runtime across authorized user endpoints.

You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, extract model weights, or attempt to harvest underlying neural architecture. Any unauthorized sublicensing or distribution of core agent scripts immediately terminates this limited license.

Credential Safeguards

Connect agent API tokens only with external accounts, databases, and communication tools that you legally own or hold documented administrative permission to access.

Do not attempt to alter default system instructions, circumvent automated rate limits, or disrupt safety mechanisms embedded within the agent processing framework.

Maintain complete confidentiality over your secret token keys and passphrases. You remain fully accountable for automated tasks executed using your authorized credentials.
